Located just 7 km from the beaches of Finale Ligure (about a 10-minute drive), the apartment is in a quiet and cool area, ideal for those who love to relax, enjoy outdoor sports, or explore the trails of the Ligurian hinterland . Famous mountain bike trails , popular with cyclists and athletes of all levels, wind nearby.

A large open space with easy access for the disabled, equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing stay:

• 6 beds :

  • 1 double bed

  • 1 French wrought iron canopy bed

  • 1 bunk bed (2 single beds)

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, utensils and extendable table for up to 10 people

• Spacious bathroom with king-size shower tray, toilet and bidet

• Service room for suitcases and sports equipment

• Relaxation corner with sofa, DVD player, LCD and reading corner
